KEITH W. BRADLEY. A resident of Cape Cod, Keith works throughout Cape Cod and specializes in Buyer and Seller representation in the Lower Cape towns of Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, Brewster and Eastham. He was the 2004 Realtor of the Year and the 2003-2004 President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), his other certifications include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), ePRO and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. A member of the MAR International Council, Keith was the 2005 Regional Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and a 2005-2006 Director of the National Association of Realtors and 2005 Vice Chair and 2006 Chair of the NAR Resort and Second Home Real Estate Forum. In 2012, Keith received the Distinguished Service Award from the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors.
Born and raised in Springfield, MA, Keith attended Haverford College and then spent most of his career in New York City. Upon moving to Cape Cod, Keith became a Realtor(R) working first with Coldwell Banker Atlantic Realty, where he won many sales awards. He then worked with The Real Estate Company in Orleans, before starting his own firm, BROADMEADOW GROUP, LLC. Keith is an opera buff, has directed his church choir, likes Pilates classes, and loves real estate! Keith serves on the Boards of Transitions Centers, Inc. and Latham Centers, Inc.
